Standing Orders

Standing orders are the written rules of Halling Parish Council. They are used to confirm our internal organisational, administrative and procurement procedures and procedural matters for meetings. They are not the same as our policies and procedures but they may refer to them. (adopted 01/11/21)

These are backed up by the Financial Regulations (last adopted 01/11/21)
